HIRE OUR VAN

Our van has been carefully designed and renovated by us to cater to any event small or large, serving a range of delicious food or beautifully made drinks.

Travelling anywhere in the UK, we are always excited to be part of your event, wedding or special occasion.
We can also offer hiring services for photo shoots, film or TV work.

PACKAGES

Mobile Bar

Guest Bar

We will serve a selected drinks menu to your guests and they pay cash/card for each drink.

Host Bar

As the host, you can put down a pre-determined amount you would like to spend on drinks for your guests to enjoy on you. Once this amount has been used up, we revert to a guest bar.
Open Bar

You will pay a pre-agreed amount for all guests to enjoy drinks free of charge for your event. This payment is due 7 days before the event.

Catering - Canapés

You will pay a pre-agreed amount for us to provide a selected menu of canapés to your guests prepared and served from our HY Van.

We do not offer hot food. We have a range of canapé options, please ask for the full menu and choose what options you would like us to serve.

Catering - Grazing cups

A pre-paid option. Full payment is required 30 days before the event.

These are single-serve cups filled with a selection of British cheese, British salami, Olives, Cornichons, Fresh and dried fruits, Nuts and crackers. Chutney and jams optional.
Select different cheeses to serve and let your guests pick their cheese options.

Catering & Bar - Cheese & Wine

A pre-paid option. Full payment required 30 days before the event.

Cheese served on crackers and glasses of wine provided that pairs perfectly to the cheese being served.

Pre-agreed number of cheese and wine pairings depending on amount of time van is hired.

We will serve the first cheese and wine pairing until all guests have fully enjoyed them, then move onto the next.
