PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING. BY PURCHASING FROM GRAZE AND VINE YOU THEREBY AGREE TO BOTH OUR GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS AND OUR DELIVERY/COLLECTION TERMS & CONDITIONS.
As we use fresh produce returns of orders cannot be accepted. Should there be an incorrect or wrong item in your order we must be informed within 1hr of the product being received to receive a replacement or repayment. Images of defective items will be required.
Customers can cancel orders 1 month before booking. Beyond this, preparation for your order is taken place and we cannot cancel your order.
For larger bookings, if your booking is cancelled within 5 months of the booking date, we will issue only 50% refund of what has been paid to date. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds in the 5 months before your booking date.
Any order can be changed or items added up to 1 week before the booking date.
To manage bookings effectively, a 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. For grazing boxes for 2 people, a full payment is required.
Delivery & Collection
All grazing table or platter style table bookings are set up at the chosen location for the booking. We arrive 1-2hr before the start time depending on scale of booking. Your table will be set up and we will leave before guests arrive.
Important to note that if we use any stands, baskets, metal cheese knives, business logo decor or foliage then this needs to be collected by myself (Ashleigh) within 48 hours of the event.
Do we deliver?
We offer delivery from 7am to 8pm Mon-Sun.
We deliver boxed/wrapped platters and grazing boxes to newport and surrounding areas. For any requests further away from us, please message us via our contact page enquiry form and we will try our best to help you!
Grazing Table bookings: We are happy to travel to you, please confirm your location when enquiring.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is dependent on miles from us to your location. We charge a small fee of £0.45 per mile.
We can deliver to a chosen address if your order is a gift and someone is home. We do not leave gifted items at doors.
Collection is available for small orders of platters/boxes. Our address is given out when your booking is confirmed. Our address is not to be shared with anyone else.
